YOGA 101 ~ A 6 WEEK YOGA COURSE FOR COMPLETE BEGINNERS

These 6 week programs are offered a few times a year and are ideal for those who have never tried yoga and would like to begin a practice.
The next 6 week course starts in the Fall of 2015 at Christ Church (West Hall) in Warwick.

Investment - $120 for the entire course.
Since each class will build on the previous one, it is preferable to commit to the entire series for full benefit. Once the 6 week introductory series is complete, you may choose to join the Monday "Basics" class to strengthen your practice further.
