What to Bring/Wear: Water, small towel, yoga mat, (block and strap if desired), comfortable, clothing that will stretch with you
Arrive Early: Classes do begin on time, so please try to arrive 5 - 10 minutes early so that you can set up your mat and have a few quiet moments before class begins. This will enhance your practice and be less disruptive to others
Communicate: Please inform me if you have any health concerns, injuries or movement limitations
Eating: It is best not to eat 2 hours before class
Please Refrain From: wearing perfumes and heavily scented creams to class as some students may have allergies
Savasana: The relaxation phase at the end of class is an opportunity for the body to assimilate the benefits of the practice. It is valuable when we take this small amount of time to enjoy the internal stillness
