I’m Kerri, a holistic  wellness practitioner with over 30 years of experience in fitness, yoga, breathwork, mindfulness meditation and holistic health coaching. My approach blends science-backed strategies with time tested healing practices, helping individuals, organizations and visitors to Bermuda cultivate resilience, vitality and radiant well-being.

I specialize in corporate wellness, stress management and midlife transformation, offering tailored programs that support professionals in managing stress, enhancing focus and fostering a healthier workplace culture.  My corporate offerings include mindfulness programs, stress resilience workshops and movement based wellness strategies designed to improve performance and engagement.

For individuals, I provide personalized coaching, yoga and breathwork sessions to support life transitions, stress  reduction and overall health optimization.
