Kerri brings over 30 years of experience to her personal training approach, specializing in helping clients, especially those navigating midlife changes, to build lean body mass, boost metabolism, and feel stronger and more energized. Her sessions go beyond typical workouts, blending targeted strength training, mindful movement, breathwork, and restorative practices that support a balance of muscle tone, flexibility, and overall vitality.

Kerri’s philosophy is rooted in a holistic understanding of the person as a whole—body, mind, and spirit. She works with clients to address not only fitness but also stress management and sustainable lifestyle practices, building resilience from the inside out.
