"Don't ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive and go do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive" Howard Thurman
Meet Kerri
Born and raised on the beautiful island of Bermuda, Kerri’s journey into wellness began in childhood, immersed in nature, exploring the ocean, and developing a deep curiosity about life and human potential. This fascination led her into the study of noetic sciences—a field that bridges science and spirituality to explore the depths of reality.
Kerri’s path has been one of lifelong learning and growth. In her early 20s, she ventured beyond Bermuda, spending 17 years working, studying, and immersing herself in diverse wellness practices across Australia, Hong Kong, France, and the UK. She holds multiple certifications, including Personal Training (ACE & NASM), Yoga (500+ hrs YTT in Ashtanga and Anusara), Therapeutic Yoga, Energy Medicine, Qigong Healing, Resistance Flexibility, and Mindfulness Meditation (2-year MMCPT with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach). Currently, she is expanding her expertise through Therapeutic Counseling studies with Alex Howard.
From 2003 to 2023, Kerri co-founded and led Fitness Management Group Ltd., bringing wellness initiatives to one of the world’s largest reinsurance firms. As gym manager, holistic health coach, yoga and meditation teacher, she crafted wellness programs that supported physical health, work-life balance, and mental resilience. Her workshops in mindfulness meditation and talks on stress management have made a positive impact on the workplace culture.
In 2023, Kerri took a ‘soul-batical’—a year dedicated to travel, renewal and deep personal growth. She left home with a small 40ltr backpack and barefoot hiking boots and travelled east through nine countries. This time expanded her perspective and brought new depth to her teaching, rekindling her commitment to guiding others toward vibrant health and balance.
With over 30 years of hands-on experience, Kerri brings a blend of creativity, authenticity and humor to her teaching. Her holistic approach addresses the root causes of physical, mental and emotional imbalances, empowering clients to achieve true wellness. Kerri specializes in managing stress and anxiety, as well as working with those approaching middle age who seek to strengthen their bodies and navigate the “what now” of this next life phase.
Through a blend of mindfulness, lifestyle strategies and therapeutic techniques, she makes wellness accessible to everyone. Wherever you may be on your journey, Kerri offers a warm, compassionate presence and the insight needed to help you unlock your fullest potential.
Travel, being in nature, authentic connection, learning and teaching make me come alive. What makes you come alive?
