What to Bring/Wear: Water, small towel, yoga sticky mat, (block and strap if required), comfortable, form-fitting clothing that will stretch with you!
Parking : Please ensure that you park either on the little hill going up to the hall, or in the small car park below the hall as you drive out near the graveyard. This will provide a free flow of traffic and parking for the nursery school.
Arrive Early : Classes do begin on time, so please try to arrive 5 - 10 minutes early so that you can set up your mat and have a few quiet moments before class begins. This will enhance your practice and be less disruptive to others.
Communicate: Please inform me if you have any health concerns, injuries or movement limitations.
Eating : It is best not to eat 2 hours before class.
Please Refrain: From wearing perfumes and heavily scented creams to class as some students may have allergies.
Missed Classes: If you have paid for the term and miss a class, you may make it up within the term on any other day. Fees are not transferable to subsequent sessions. If you know you will be missing a few classes in the term, it may be best to pay the drop in rate.
Savasana: The relaxation phase at the end of class is an opportunity for the body to assimilate the benefits of the practice. It is valuable when we take this small amount of time to enjoy the internal stillness!
